Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Please include the order number in your return request.
- Items that are damaged, altered or washed cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the item. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
